Inner S. Steel, outer CRCA / GI EPOXY Powder coat finish. CFC Free PUF in-situ form / glass wool insulation of about 3 Inch thick to prevent temperature loss. Full length inner flexi-glass door for viewing sample. Chamber with illumination. Castor wheel for easy movability. Cooling-CFC* free Refrigeration By Hermetically sealed Brand New ISI Marked Compressor coupled with air cooled condensing unit fitted with Motor, Fan Blade, Electrical Accessories etc... Mounted on bottom of unit on heavy base frame.

Heating

By S. Steel Tubular heater with fins. Control Panel consisting of self illuminated mains ON / OFF Switch,Indicating Lamps, Electronics Digital Temp. Controller-cum-indicator and fuse.

LABORATORY INCUBATOR CONSTRUCTION : The unit is a double walled chamber, with glass wool / PUF insulation. The Interior of Laboratory Incubator is made of Stainless Steel and Exterior is either made of Mild Steel finished in powder coating paint (powder coating on both sides of the mild steel) or Stainless Steel. The unit has full-length inner glass door and outside metal door with magnetic gasket and lock. The unit is provided with perforated Stainless Steel trays. Forced air circulation for uniform temperature. PU wheels for easy move ability.
